This Service Good News URL Shortener is provided by Joel M. Bowers DBA Egg Sandwich Software which is the entity referred to in these terms.

Privacy
All information of a personal or confidential nature gathered by Egg Sandwich Software through the Service, such as contact information including e-mail address, shall under no circumstances be divulged to any third party without the express permission of the affected individuals, unless required to do so by law.

As Is Only
There is no warranty or guarantee of any kind with respect to the Service as far as reliability, stability, quality or dependability. This means that Egg Sandwich Software cannot be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage incurred directly or indirectly due to the use of the Service. This shall include, but is not limited to, any system malfunction, period of being inoperative or unavailable, loss of data or discontinuation of service.

It is understood that use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

No Misuse
You agree to in no way attempt to hack the system or take action that would cause a disruption of service. Any member deemed to be abusing the system will have their membership disabled at the sole discretion of Egg Sandwich Software.

No Spam
Using the Service in connection with any type of unsolicited email or email that would commonly be perceived as being unsolicited email is strictly prohibited. You agree to use links generated through the Service in emails only if the recipient of the email has agreed to receive such email. Sending to any type of safe list is NOT acceptable. Members found to violate this No Spam Tolerance clause will have their membership terminated and disabled immediately. All links will no longer function.

Redirect Restrictions
The following redirect targets are prohibited: Sites involving pornographic or adult oriented content, adult dating, gambling, illicit drug related, malicious sites including Phishing campaigns or malware of any kind, content that would be considered hateful, racist, inciting to violence, slanderous, malicious, illegal or promoting illegal activities, content that infringes any copyright or trademark, content that promotes or facilitates copyright violations (such as bit torrent when such infringes copyrights).

Determination of content that violates these restrictins shall be made at the sole discretion of Egg Sandwich Software or its agents. If you find a shortened URL provided through the Service that infringes on any of these restrictions, please report such through use of the contact form.

Finance
The Service is free for unlimited commercial and non-commercial use. You are under no obligation to pay any fee to use the system. Donations for paying expenses are accepted, but not required.

The fee for premium feature use is as stated on the pricing page paid through Paypal as yearly or monthly subscription.

Refunds
Refunds will be granted for premium subscription payments for any reason within 15 days of payment of the firsts subscription payment.

Support
30 minutes of e-mail support is included with each paid account. Beyond that, the fee will be $100 per hour billed in 30-minute increments.

Any support that requires the modification of the system for customization to accommodate a specific need will be bid on a per job basis. Note: modifications made at the request of a user to fix an error or bug in an already existing algorithm will incur no fee.

Data Retention
All click reporting data will be retained for a minimum of six months. Click data older than six months may be purged from the database periodically.

Definition of Unlimited The term unlimited as used for the Service shall be defined as what would be reasonable use. All systems have some sort of limitation on the amount of traffic they can handle. Use of the Service at rates beyond reasonable limits that require the addition of hardware or servers to service may incur and additional fee. What is considered reasonable use shall be defined at the sole discretion of Egg Sandwich Software.

Arbitration
In the event that a user of the Service feels they have a grievance against Egg Sandwich Software or associates with respect to the Service, such user agrees to first express such grievance to Egg Sandwich Software by contacting via the contact form with the intention of coming to an equitable solution. In the event that such a solution is not forthcoming, the user agrees to resolve the situation through arbitration.

Termination
Egg Sandwich Software may discontinue access to the Service for individual or all users at our sole discretion and cannot be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such action. Members may likewise terminate their membership at any time.

Remedies
In the event that an individual misuses the Service in violation of these terms of use, that individual shall be prohibited from further access to the system at the sole discretion of Egg Sandwich Software. Furthermore, if the violation of these terms results in any type of loss to Egg Sandwich Software or associates or to any other users of the Service, monetary or otherwise, or the disruption of service, it is understood that the responsible individual or entity that was in violation shall be held entirely responsible for any such loss and that Egg Sandwich Software shall take appropriate legal action to recover losses incurred.

No Implied Endorsements
In no event shall any reference to any third party or third-party product or service be construed as an approval or endorsement by Egg Sandwich Software of that third party or of any product or service provided by a third party.

Subject to Change
These Terms of Service are subject to change at the discretion of Egg Sandwich Software. Your continued use of the Service indicates your continued acceptance of this agreement.
